Rajamouli Mahabharatha

BAHUBALI

Rajamouli made the Telugu Movie Bahubali which has two parts, and the film takes us to those periods in history of Hindusthan, when Rajas and their Rajdhanis were the norm in the society.
Rajamouli can be credited for taking us to those periods, and its a fresh experiance for us, who belong to the Modern Age, wherein Industrialization shaped the way we live.

RAJAMOULI PRABHAS

Rajamouli chose Prabhas for the role of Bahubali ... and Prabhas with his looks, physique and skills did a perfect justification for Rajamouli's decision to pick him.

After the stupendous success of Bahubali, Rajamouli is said to be doing Mahabharatha in Hindhi.
Surely a talented director like Rajamouli, is expected to churn out a fabulous movie of Mahabharatha.
The cast for the Mahabharatha, as per the decision of Rajamouli, is said to be:
Bhishma : Amitabh Bachchan
Dhuryodhana : Ajay Devgan
Bheem : Prabhas
Krishna : Amir Khan
Arjuna : Farhan Akthar

While casting Amitji, Ajay and Prabhas is wonderful, I have my own reservations about casting Amir and Farhan in the movie.

Surely, Amir and Farhan are said to be good actors, but how can muslims be cast as actors in a essentially Hindhu Epic.

Remember the 1988 TV Serial, BR Chopra's Mahabharatha ... which was watched studiously by Hindhus all over the world ... because its the story of Krishna Avathar. The watchers of the TV Serial took it as as per Hindhu Dharma piety and the feelings and emotions of Hindhus towards Nithish Bharadwaj, who played the Krishna, was to such an extent, that in society they used to fall on his feet.

As a Hindhu, such expressions of feelings and emotions in society, towards Nithish Bharadhwaj thinking him to be Krishna Bhagawan, is alright because he is a Hindhu.

Rajamouli will be making a historical blunder, if he casts Amir and Farhan as Krishna and Arjuna in Rajamouli Mahabharatha ... as the characters of Krishna and Arjuna are pivotal in the story, and these characters touch the hindhuness of Hindhus.

Amir may be a good actor, but considering him as Krishna in a Movie, with all its cinematic licences, cannot be tolerated. As a Hindhu, i cannot digest Amir getting the same treatment that Nithish Bharadwaj got in the society.

Hindhu Religion has its own Pious Practices, and there are strict do's and dont's that have to be followed. I dont want the name of Krishna to be maligned the way Rajamouli is doing.

Shri Rajamouli, my request to you is that please find Hindhus for the role as Krishna and Arjuna, so that we can have a master piece film in our hands. If you cannot, then scrap the project altogether.

Just think, since Nithish is a Hindhu, and in society after he has visited a temple, if somebody falls on his feet thinking him to be Shri Krishna because of this role in the TV Serial, then as a Hindhu its okay with me.
But in the case of Amir, since he is a Muslim and he does Namaz, no Hindhu would be digesting the fact that he got a role in a Krishna Movie.

Please don't play with Hindhu sentiment like this.
